What on earth am I talking about?

We are stuck with the body we inhabit in this moment aren't we?

Our bodies are constantly replacing old cells with new ones and rebuilding themselves.

This process is done given the materials at hand and influenced by the messages we send from our minds to our entire body, in the form of expectations, assumptions, and even false beliefs.

One of my favorite emergency issues to manage is fractures, because bones demonstrate this principle perfectly. Given good underlying nutritional status, when placed in good alignment and provided good support, bones are remarkably fast at healing. Damaged tissue and fragments are reabsorbed and fresh new bone is grown surrounding the broken fragments in the same way a scab forms on our skin. In 6-8 weeks most fractures are completely remodeled and healed.

Enhanced nutrition, mindset, somatic practices and exercise, adequate restorative sleep and the right amount of stress (not too much but not too little) are among the finest ingredients your body needs to replenish and restore itself on a daily basis. If you are struggling in any of these areas, let's talk about it, and explore solutions.
